This 8-week winter training course will take place at the Montville World Wide of Sports complex, Connecticut. The session, which starts on February 2nd and runs every Friday until March 23rd, has the aim of providing both technical repetitions and goalkeeper related fitness throughout the winter in preparation for the spring season. Topics will include:

• Footwork & Handling
• Diving technique
• Diving at feet
• Breakaways
• Recovery saves
• Kicking from floor
• High balls
• Reaction saves
